Libby is a versatile writer, specialising in creative feature writing with an expertise in bilingual journalism and travel writing. 

She graduated as a prize-winning student (Evasio Radice Prize) with a II.i in French and Italian (Modern Languages) from Ireland's most prestigious university, Trinity College Dublin and Pavia University (Italy) before beginning her journalism career in Los Angeles.

In L.A. she put her fluent Italian to the test and worked as a freelance features writer for America's heritage publication and oldest Italian-American newspaper, L'Italo-Americano, under the pen name 'Elisabetta Santi'. She then moved to London where she qualified as a journalist with a with from the National Council for the Training of Journalists at News Associates, the UK’s number one NCTJ journalism course. 

Publications Libby has written for include ABTA, ASTA, KCWToday, Camden New Journal, SWLondoner, South London Press, Italia Slow Tour and Gate Magazine.
